Yes. We use authentic cooperage-sourced barrel heads designed for whiskey and bourbon barrels. Depending on the project, heads may be new, repurposed, or reclaimed.
What size are your barrel heads?
Most standard barrel heads are approximately 20.75 inches in diameter, though slight variations can occur due to the cooperage process.
Are the barrel heads ready to hang?
Yes. Our barrel heads include a routed slot on the back so they can be displayed immediately after delivery. They also include small pads on the back to protect the wall they are displayed on.
Can you engrave our company logo?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom branded barrel heads for businesses, distilleries, restaurants, corporate gifting, retail displays, events, and hospitality spaces.
What file type should I upload for my logo?
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, or high-resolution PNG files work best. If needed, we can often assist with artwork cleanup before production.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before engraving begins to ensure sizing, placement, and overall design accuracy.
What if I want an in-hand sample before full production?
Yes, we can do this for you. You will pay full price for 1 sample with shipping. When you decide to go to full production we will discount that price from the complete order.
Can you engrave full barrel head designs?
Yes. We can engrave simple centered logos, detailed artwork, text-heavy layouts, commemorative pieces, or full-face branded designs.
Can you add color to the engraving?
Yes. Select projects can include paint fill or custom finishing options depending on the design and branding requirements.
